Customer Services

If you experience any difficulties, please call the BT Internet Helpdesk.

Before calling us, please check that:

  • Your modem is connected to your PC, a telephone line and then switched on
  • Your telephone line is functioning correctly - try the line with a normal telephone rather than your modem
  • You make a note of how far you have got in the installation procedure, including any error messages you may have seen - this will help us to sort out your problems.
